As in Hash House A Go Go in Hillcrest. First time visit. Heard great things about it. So, we'll see if the food will speak for itself.
As I entered through the doors, the ambiance was already pretty up beat, considering it was only 9:45 in the morning. Sat in the back corner of the place, next to the windows viewing the street. Where we sat and watched the meter maid do her business, as well as enjoying the great San Diego sun. Menu was pretty simple, easy to understand. So many choices, what do I get? Well, I figured, get something they're known for. So, I went for their hash style food, corned beef to be exact.
As our server was bringing our food to the table, I can tell we were in for a feast, the plates they were on were huge. Mine was served on a griddle. Looks yummy, right? Well, it was. I even saved a little bit for my brother to taste test. I definitely enjoyed my first experience. And definitely would recommend this place if you're craving for a large breakfast. I will be coming back again.
